Single Engine Jackshafts

10HP with Bulley Type Clutch
   
This is a belt drive from a 10HP engine and uses a Bulley type clutch. The clutch
mounts to the outside of the rear belt pulley. The belt tensioning is accomplished by a pusher bolt on the jackshaft saddle and virtually eliminates any engine movement.. The mount and jackshaft are manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum .750" thick (unless specified differently) and the shaft is either .750" or 1.000" ground 4140 or 4130 Steel (buyers choice). All units are custom made and can be adapted to nearly any engine footprint.

This is a belt drive from a 10HP engine and using a Birky clutch. The clutch mounts to the outside of the rear drive sprocket. The belt tensioning is accomplished by a pusher
bolt on the jackshaft saddle and virtually eliminates any engine movement.. The mount and jackshaft are manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum .750" thick (unless specified differently) and the shaft is either .750" or 1.000" ground 4140 or 4130 Steel (buyers choice). All units are custom made and can be adapted to nearly any engine footprint.

14HP Generac with Bully Clutch

This is a belt drive from a 14HP Generac engine and using a Bully clutch. The clutch mounts to the left side of the jackshaft support. The belt tensioning is accomplished by a pusher bolt on the jackshaft plate and virtually eliminates any engine movement.. The mount and jackshaft are manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum .875" thick (unless specified differently) and the shaft is either .750" or 1.000" ground 4140 or 4130 Steel (buyers choice). All units are custom made and can be adapted to nearly any engine footprint.


Sudam with Bulley Type Clutch


This is a belt drive for a Parilla Sudam engine and using a Bulley Type clutch. The clutch mounts to the left side of the jackshaft. The belt tensioning is accomplished by sliding the motor forward. The jackshaft saddle is machined from a solid block of billet aluminum and mounted with 4 5/16 X 18  bolts and virtually eliminates any chance of movement.. The mount and jackshaft are manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum .750" thick (unless specified differently) and the shaft is either .750" or 1.000" ground 4140 or 4130 Steel (buyers choice). All units are custom made.

Twin Engine Jackshafts

KT100 Yamaha's with Bulley Type Clutch

This is a twin engine belt drive designed for  2 KT100 Yamaha engines. The underside of the main plate is strategically undercut to save on the overall weight of the unit. The mount and jackshaft are manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum .750" thick (unless specified differently) and the shaft is either .750" or 1.000" ground 4140 or 4130 Steel (buyers choice). All units are custom made and can be adapted to nearly any engine footprint. All this particular unit needs is 2 engines bolted to it and throttle/fuel hookups and it's ready to go.

This unit is NOT recommended because it puts the right pulley too near the right rear tire. A better alternative is that the right engine uses an ignition flywheel half on the output side, drive the jackshaft with the left side, and use a CW mag on the right side.

We also offer a dual Yamaha jackshaft where the right engine has had the crankshaft reversed and both drives are in the center of the jackshaft. This makes the package much narrower and there is no conflict with the right rear tire.

TT-75 Parilla's with a Bulley Clutch.



This is a twin engine belt drive designed for  2 TT-75 Parilla engines. The underside of the main plate is strategically undercut to save on the overall weight of the unit. The mount and jackshaft are manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum .750" thick (unless specified differently) and the shaft is either .750" or 1.000" ground 4140 or 4130 Steel (buyers choice). All units are custom made and can be adapted to nearly any engine footprint.


Animal 'V-Twin' 


This is a twin engine chain drive 'V-Twin' designed for  2 Briggs & Stratton Animal engines with the jackshaft located between the engines. Other engines with the same footprint could be used with no problems. The unit utilizes a chain drive from each engine. The chain can be driven be either 2 sprockets or clutches. If sprockets are used on the engines, a clutch can be used on the jackshaft. The engines use 15 degree mounts for carb and exhaust clearance. The mount and jackshaft are manufactured from 6061-T651 aluminum .750" thick (unless specified differently) and the shaft is either .750" or 1.000" ground 4140 or 4130 Steel (buyers choice). All units are custom made and can be adapted to nearly any engine footprint.





All units use drive belts unless stated otherwise that are commonly available and relatively inexpensive.
